We gathered a working group of people of various ages, genders, and backgrounds. Their complementarity allowed us to cross perspectives, identify needs, and build a unified vision for our tool.
The working group included a career transition coach, a senior psychologist, a craftsman recovering from burnout, a young mother testing our responses with her child, and an engineer.
The design then continued as a direct collaboration between the psychologist and the engineer before launching real-world testing and refining the journey based on user feedback.
